Board and Governance

The Kingsburg Land Bank board consists of six members: five are elected by Kingsburg Land Bank members and one is appointed by the board. Directors are responsible for representing the best interests of the organization and its borrowers.

Customers can impact the business by electing the board of directors who set policy.

The board meets each month to review operating results and provide strategic direction for the Association.

James L. Oliver	2013 2010-2013	Director Chairman of the Board A member of the Board since 1976, Mr. Oliver is a farmer from Fowler, California, and has farmed and lived in the area his entire life. He is a full-time farmer and is a director of Nisei Farmers League.
John W. Tos	2014 2011-2014	Director Mr. Tos was elected to the board in 2011.  He resides and farms in Hanford, CA.  For the past five years, Mr. Tos has been employed as President of Tos Farms, Inc., a diversified farming entity.
Robert Reimer	2014 2011-2014	Director Chairman of the Compensation Committee Mr. Reimer was elected to the Board in 2008. He farms tree fruit in the Dinuba area. He also is the owner and president of Reimer Transport Inc., Weldon Trucking, Inc., and Bob Reimer Trucking, Inc.
Randall L. Flaming	2012 2009-2012	Outside Director Mr. Flaming farms tree fruit, cotton, alfalfa, and pomegranates. Mr. Flaming lives in the Reedley area. He has been a member of the Board since 1998.
Michael Fry	2013 2010-2013	Director Vice Chairman of the Board Mr. Fry is the Manager of Ag Operations for Gilroy Foods. He has been a member of the Board since 2006. Mr. Fry also farms tree fruit in a partnership with his brother in the Kingsburg area.
Stephen Brown	2012 2009-2012	Director Chairman of the Audit Committee Mr. Brown resides in Riverdale, Ca. and is a dairyman in the Riverdale area. He was elected to the Board in 2009.

Audit Committee

Our Audit Committee is comprised of three members from our Board of Directors and is established according to the provisions of the Audit Committee Charter.

Code of Ethics

Our Audit Committee and Board of Directors has adopted a Code of Ethics for senior management of the association.
